Performing arts, for me, has been the gateway to inclusion.  Starting theater at a very young age taught me that everyone has a voice.  Everyone has a purpose and all company members have something incredible to offer.

As a Director and Intimacy Professional, I create a safe space to support Performers and Directors of all levels so they can be vulnerable and completely present in their work which in turn makes each performance on stage, TV, and Film come to life.

I have been lucky enough to take my talents around the world, in different languages and performance levels as well as to top tier companies and organizations to work on company culture and team building.
