Director of Performance and Actor Development

As a Director for Performance & Actor Development. This role doesn’t replace or override the Lead Production Team — it supports the Directors by taking their vision to the highest level of the actor's performance integrity, emotional truth, and final-stage refinement during the last four to eight weeks of rehearsal.

While the Director focuses on composition, pacing, spectacle, and production scale, my work focuses exclusively on the actor: emotional logic, specificity, connection, and behavioral truth. It allows the Director to work at maximum scale while ensuring every performer is operating at their highest potential.
